King-size penis-related incidents.

But.
Inside is the useful and interesting 'fact' that, apparently*, 1.5% of all home accidents are caused by king-size penis-related incidents. And really, having read this, why read anything more?
I am NOT going to Google this. Just, no. However, I would be fascinated to know of possible king-size penis-related accident-causing incidents, and wonder if you, dear flist, have any suggestions to offer as to how such a thing might occur? Should any of these suggestions happen to take fictional form, I would be charmed. Probably.
