Appreciation Day?

We don't celebrate Thanksgiving here, and it has been a very long time since I went to a Harvest Festival service. In any case, thanking God for what I have isn't really my Thing. But the idea of taking time to be thankful for the good things in life seems like a very worthy one.

So. Things I am grateful for, in no particular order:

The clean, fresh water running into my house.

Being an educated woman.

Fandom.

A husband with integrity.

Financial security.

Two healthy adult children who are earning their own livings.

A chest of drawers overflowing with yarn.
