Pen's Nest

It's hard to see what could really replace popslash for me, partly because the canon was so freeing, and partly because as I get older, I kinda need my fannish objects of adoration not to be babies... writing about baby!Sync wasn't so bad when I was fortysomething, not least because the guys had already grown up by the time I discovered them. But One Direction wasn't a place I could go because - children!

Ah well. Something will turn up, in a few years, I dare say.
