It was like MTV said..."Hey, why dont we mix an awards show and a party together and see what happens"... yeah.... It feels like the stars are getting younger and younger. Justin said Chris brown made him feel old.. dude.. you're 26.... LOL

Yep - and to reinforce the theme of disorder they got a six year old with ADHD to produce it.
