It's nice wearing big baggy trousers, I feel slimmer. Had to put a belt through so they didn't fall down, which is not abut me losing weight, which I haven't, but about the unexpectedly large capacity of cheap trousers from Sainsburys.

Went to visit my Dad, which of course necessitated chocolate on the way home.
