OMG.

*groan*

Exercise Boot Camp this morning. My limbs are exhausted. Exercise stations with weights and steps and what not, and a whole minute at each one and then straight into the next one, ye gods. I haven't been fit enough to do that since I stopped rowing, which was a long time ago.

So Bun and I are watching our files of ABDC, which is nice and restful.
