I finally got around to reading this series. I didn't think I'd like the AU premise (I'm not much for the middle ages) so I hadn't read it when I read most of the other stories on your website, but I was re-reading some of the other things you've written that I liked so much so I figured I'd give it a shot and ended up absolutely *loving* it. I adore the way you fit in all the other characters but don't make it easy on the reader to figure out who they are at first.
