If you click on your works tab, you get all your works, PLUS the search/clicky boxes to the right. Just expand the macro tags (Pairings, Characters, Additional Tags, etc), and it will give you your most used tags within each group. You can highlight and paste the numbers that way.

At least that is what I did.
