I'm going to make an attempt to rec stories that I haven't already recc'd.... I just wandered through my LJ trying to track down my offerings from the last time you ran a February Festival. (Since there wasn't a big wrap-up of everyone's recs I can't promise I won't be repeating titles that are already floating around out there, though.) Anyway, since I'm already running late you can probably guess that's going to be an ongoing issue for me. Just an idle question -- how come you're tagging this go-round as February Festival 2013?
