Yes, I was hoping for a bit more Lance, I must say. I don't think it's quite balanced properly, as the woman's voice is distinctly louder—and I'm perfectly certain Lance can do *volume*, so it must be a mixing issue. It's not as interesting a song as I hoped it would be, but then again, it's a very effective earworm, so I hope it will do well.

I've long been of the opinion that Lance isn't really a 'lead' singer. He can sing, no doubt, but there's an element of showoff in a good lead singer, the ability and willingness to bend a song around, that I've not heard from him. Perhaps if this song does well, he'll do more, and do it properly solo? It'll be interesting, if so, to hear whether he has that particular brand of self-confidence now.
