I've sometimes wondered how Swedish I sound but since I almost never hear other Swedes speaking English it's hard for me to judge. I can well imagine it must have felt a bit strange. Like if I met someone who spoke in the same dialect as Terri - I'm sure I would have reacted much in the same way.
