Cheese good, definitely. And provides local employment *and* is more sustainable than Big Cheese. The chap who hosted it was splendidly expert.

COVID tests are miserable. I don't like sticking things up my nose, but I *hate* sticking things down my throat. Oh, well, 'tis done. And they didn't come to collect it at 8am, of course.
