If parking is legitimately something that you're not delighted by - rather than having a bad day with it - then my driving instructor recommended blindspot mirrors in each side, right in the inside bottom corner of each wing mirror. They help seeing right along the sides of the vehicle but don't obstruct the normal field of vision for normal driving.
