tasting much sweeter than wine

Just received a trio of honeys from Snowdonia Honey Co, very charming and most welcome, but mysterious. There was a card wishing me 'sweetness and light' in the new year, but no identification at all of who might have sent it.

Perhaps when 'our' bees swarmed back in the summer they ended up in Wales, and were feeling generous? No?

Anyone? Fanciful answers even more welcome than factual ones....

I can't come up with something better than that the bees went to the ancient storied forests of Wales and sent you some honey to remember them by.
