Triumph! When my Bun cleared out her wardrobe I sorted through the jeans she rejected. Am now wearing a pair. Admittedly they would work better if I had the scantiest of possible knickers underneath them, and they are about six inches too long, but still. Size 14. I think the other pair of 14s will be a more plausible fit.

Sadly, there are only two popslash stories this year, a Backstreet one called Crossed Paths (The Oddly Glitchy Interface remix) of something by Aeiouna, and an Nsync one called It's the Thought that Counts (The Over The Top Mix). Both are what I would describe as 'template' remixes, using the originals as a clear basis for the remix, so that they work best if you are familiar with the original and can see what happened to it. Go read!
As last year, my remixer picked one of my Star Trek: The Next Generation stories and came up with a very interesting piece about Dr Pulaski, By Invitation Only (The Contradictions Remix). Well worth a read; this is the kind of remix that uses the original story as a springboard rather than a template. You don't need to read 'By Invitation Only' (not that I'd mind if you do!).
