pensnest: bright-eyed baby me (dragon)

Very exciting News!

I am so charmed! [personal profile] adelate very kindly sent me this link, confirming that the dragons have returned to Norfolk.

Norwich, in particular, has a long historic association with dragons. A model dragon is traditionally part of the Lord Mayor's parade, and we even have a Dragon Hall, as well as a local hockey team called the Dragons. But it is very exciting to know that they have at last returned to our skies!

Of course, you may choose to point out that the news appeared in the Suffolk Gazette, the rag from that inferior county which is normally filled with lies and calumnies. However, even they must be jealous.

I shall be watching the sky with great interest.

well, that is quite thrilling! I do hope you don't trip over anything while walking about staring into the skies - but how cool would it be to see a dragon for yourself?

Maybe there is a baby dragon or dragon egg under your hedge!?

It would explain a lot.

I was just about to say something extremely jealousy-based, like 'I can't believe you guys get dragons and all we've got are pigeons' when I remembered: I love pigeons. :)

But still: DRAGONS. Try to get a photo if you can! :) :) :)
