The newest news post starts with: "You don't like how everything just suddenly changed with no warning or initial announcement."

No shit.

It doesn't affect my use of the site very much, since I mostly post here on DW and crossposting seems to work very well. But could they not have learned by now that such autocratic behaviour does not go over well? Seriously?

It's not like its been a decade of people complaining about the same thing or anything. Sigh.

Although since I had "show in style mine" checked, I didn't notice a thing.

It doesn't seem to affect me much either, as I have my own style, too. What dismays me is the great stack of log-in-with FB, Google+ etc that I have to get through in order to post a comment... when I am already logged in with LJ. Ridiculous.
