Oh, well done, LJ, well done.
The newest
news post starts with: "You don't like how everything just suddenly changed with no warning or initial announcement."
No shit.
It doesn't affect my use of the site very much, since I mostly post here on DW and crossposting seems to work very well. But could they not have learned by now that such autocratic behaviour does not go over well? Seriously?

Date: 2014-05-28 04:23 pm (UTC)I have to hold onto hope that they admit they've a bad track record with sudden changes and are trying to change that. Goodness knows if they actually will, but at least they're admitting it.

Date: 2014-05-27 10:30 am (UTC)I hope they continued to allow people to use the old friends page version. I tried the new version out months ago and remember not liking it much, so I immediately switched it back.
I have a lot of trouble finding things in the new version. Things that used to be one click are now 2 or 3 clicks. That is bit aggravating! How did they think that was better?

Date: 2014-05-27 12:36 pm (UTC)I don't use the new Friends page, though it keeps reminding me that I could. Doesn't strike me as worth the pain.
