(no subject)

I managed to sit up all the way today.

Okay, that doesn't sound like much. But in the abs classes, and the pilates classes, I have *always* had to take the easy option, either pushing myself upright with my arms or starting the move sitting upright. I've never been able to lie flat on the floor and bring myself to a sitting position through the Power Of My Abs.

Did it today!

Also, there is a magnificent rainbow outside. Beast has just gone to mow the lawn. Hope he gets it done before the rain arrives.
