Our gym is offering 'free MOTs', so I thought, might as well, and booked in for one. I was expecting a bit more in the way of weighing and measuring, of which there was none at all, and not quite so much in exercises, but still, the instructor's going to write up a few different exercises for me... but one of the things he's suggested is whacking the hell out of the punchbag as part of my cardio routine, and I have to admit, I'm quite looking forward to that part. It was remarkably satisfying!
