Jan. 22nd, 2019 10:14 pmI posted the (possibly) last iteration of That MTYG Meme here, and also my answers, as other people seem to have been posting answers directly there. Do pop over and have a look, I'd love to see what other people remember most vividly.

Went to see Colette today. I knew pretty much nothing about her beforehand, and my goodness, she seems to have had a very interesting life. I enjoyed the film, even with the inevitable raging against the husband. I recommend it, and it (along with The Favourite) certainly makes an interesting change from superhero movies. Which I still enjoy, but it's nice to pretend to be a grownup sometimes.

Sable has been positively snuggly of late! I have a photo of her stretched out between my legs a couple of days ago, with Fluffy coiled to one side. They were all over my Beast this evening, as I brought him some rocky road after my knit & natter, and he sat on the sofa with an interestingly crinkling paper bag. Not that the cats like rocky road, of course, but. Fudz! Must be begged for.

We're at that phase in the gym's year where all the newcomers are flooding into our regular classes. I missed out on today's yoga class because Beast was caught by surprise and failed to book us in. And he missed his usual Sculpt class on Saturday for the same reason. It's particularly irritating because there is usually a flood of late cancellations, by which time I have mentally made other plans. But the dilettantes will be gone in a month or so and we can settle down again. Bah.
