Apr. 2nd, 2020 03:50 pmI've been looking for a high-cardio workout for Beast. When we do the workouts that raise my heart rate, his just doesn't go anywhere near as high, and he has a very quick recovery rate so he's not getting sustained high-cardio. I've suggested that he find a Manly Workout For Real Men and do that, but it's surprisingly difficult.
However, on my quest through YouTube I found A 10-Minute Boyband Dance Class! With Angsty Arms, and Looking Optimistically Into The Distance As The Lights Fade. Not enough of my boybands featured, but I can absolutely see AJ doing these moves. Popslashers, we should all do this. It can be like the Thriller dance.
