It's a bit of a puzzle to know where to put it. Hmm. I think the RPF big bang deadline is the beginning of September, which means you could set a deadline of, say, end October for the WIPs... Maybe have a week allocated for the stories to be unveiled, magazine-style (was it you I was discussing that with?).
