A piece that's presented in an unexpected way.

Well, I've just been guffawing over morgana_st's rec for Day 6, which would have worked perfectly for today, too, but never mind.

The obvious candidate for this particular reccing challenge would have been 'Flesh Mechanic', but I've no idea if it's still around, and it wasn't quite my thing, anyway. Instead, have Yes, we have no bananas (the internet stalkamix) by chalcopyrite from an original by withdiamonds. It perfectly captures the style on still_gay and fan gossip in general, and is very clever indeed.


For my own candidate, I present Backstage,
in which our boys, betwinkled and bemiked
take to the stage once more...
