pensnestSome time ago my Bun gave me a packet of Earl's Passion Tea, which I take to be a combination of Earl Grey and some shreds of passionfruit (or something of that sort). I haven't tried it, because I'm not a fan of Earl Grey, but may be using it imminently.
Does anyone have any suggestions for the kind of edibles that might go with Earl's Passion Tea? A bunch of my friends get together for afternoon tea every so often, and we have between us many kinds of teas... so I thought that when I host, I'd do a Tea Tasting, with afternoon tea course by course. But I don't have any idea what might work with this tea. My first thought was Shortbread, as being fairly plain, but if I could hit upon something a little more savoury than sweet, I'd prefer to go with that.
Any suggestions?
