Thinks women's sport is more comparable to the Paralympics than to men's sport.
This is one of the exciting young minds that's supposed to be revitalising things in No 10. Uh huh. It has apparently escaped him that racism, misogyny, ableism and contempt for the poor have been mainstream for hundreds of years. 'Misfits and weirdos' would appear to be code for 'chaps like us', not that anybody would have expected anything else. Boris doesn't seem to have noticed anything amiss, until shit blew up.
Here's a thought… if you want some fresh ideas, how about asking some female, non-white and disabled people. Oh, and poor ones, too. They are, after all, the people you actually think of as 'misfits and weirdos', amirite?
