He got a text from the clinic where he had his cataract surgery, explaining that they are now cancelling all booked appointments because they are shutting down the regular functions - I assume they're involved in the COVID-19 fight. He didn't open the text properly, just read the few lines that show up on the locked screen, so assumed his appointment was fine. He used to be able to use his phone, but he can't any longer. We have to keep quite a close eye on him!
