Date: 2021-03-09 08:00 pm (UTC)I think I'm now out of the mind-set of thinking that a Proper Meal has to include meat (or maybe fish, which I'm not that keen on). I do an excellent veggie curry. I don't want to give up meat altogether, but it is definitely becoming less important, which is a good thing.
