Am I a better reader now?

My Beast surprised and gratified me greatly by presenting to me, on my birthday, the latest Dick Francis paperback, 'Under Orders'. It has been quite a while since I browsed a bookshop, and I hadn't realised there was such a thing as a new DF book out.

I've never written to a publisher before, but this time, I'm going to write, and ( this is the letter I am going to send. )
