Also, glendaglamazon did a quiz on significant dates in American history, so I thought I'd do one for my country, too. (I'm British, or, more specifically, English. In case anyone couldn't tell.) I have no idea whether this is easy or hard, as I reckon most of them are easy to figure out even if you don't know them. But I could be wrong. Answers screened, for your better education!

I finished watching 'Rome' series one last night, fabulous stuff, although spectacularly icky in places. It's *so* *beautiful*, and quite fascinating, and the way stuff came together... Have ordered series two, which comes out on DVD early next month. Yay.
