I have a new kid. She's five, she's adorable, she lives in The Gambia and her name is Gasse. We signed up for the Actionaid sponsor-a-child deal, and there she is. I can't post her picture because it's not clear enough to scan very well, but she is so cute.

Also, my godson just swam the Channel! *pride*
