Sep. 17th, 2012 10:46 amAt long last I have given in to the fact that I Do Not Do Housework, and booked someone to come in and clean regularly. She's starting with serious-cleaning of a couple of rooms, which meant that Beast and I rolled our bed out of the way this morning... to discover about a box-worth of crumpled tissues and an actual warren of dust bunnies. Eep.
Still. Clean bedroom!
And the turf has just arrived, and Beast's natty new chair has been delivered. Dear me, and it's not eleven o'clock yet. I shall have to retire to my chaise longue and fan myself.
The Yarn Harlot has a post that is, well, it describes the inner life of this knitter awfully well in everything except the specifics.
Anyone within range going to come and see Sweeney Todd? I'm finally convinced that it will be a show worth watching. Had fun in the lunatic scene yesterday (note to self, remove navy nail polish before show), and brought my costume home to dirty it up. I'll have lunch in it, a meal or two should make it fairly obvious the wearer is a dribbling idiot.
Hmmmmmmm.... okay, got distracted by Life, the Universe, and Making Icons yesterday and forgot to post this. Never mind, what's a day later between friends?
