A knitting post
Sep. 6th, 2020 09:57 pmI have just uploaded four finished projects to Ravelry. The Neon Scarf and Subtle Scarf are ones I knitted some years ago, and realised I hadn't put up there, so they don't really count, but if you are a Ravelry user you can find them there—I'm Nestholder.
The Posh Lace scarf is rather fabulous, knitted from the upper of the two yarns in this pic:

As you can see, it is too long to fit onto a bed, so I had to fold it over. It is very light, as the yarn is laceweight, and drapes beautifully.
The second, and rather more interesting to knit, is the Bambara Wrap which I call my 'Harvest Stripes'.

I seem to have been in a very orange mood of late, but I noticed a lovely soft grey merino/silk/yak laceweight in my top drawer, and am thinking of making another Bambara wrap using it and a colourful variegated yarn. But what colours should I pick?
