I think there should be a Lancey drinking game. Any time she touches him unnecessarily, you drink.

Applying this to the Ellen appearance... would result in swift chugging and rapid inebriation! Lacey cannot keep her hands off Lance! (It's a bit like watching Ellen with the Timberlake, only more so.)

Heeeeee, your meta fiction is like the ultimate Mad Libs (do you Brits even have that?). You should finish the "outline", then post it as a challenge, see how many different "filled in" fics you end up with and how closely people can follow the meta outline. *g*

On a newsgroup I used to visit, 'meta' discussion would occasionally break out - vast convoluted threads of things like "Fervent expression of agreement" and "Reference to lightbulb joke". Very clever. :-)
