Apparently I am the only member of the gym who is called Penelope. I dunno how many members there are, but that does accord with my usual version of reality.

In the knitting group, perhaps some twenty souls, at maximum, there are five Penelopes. *Five!*

Possibly we skew towards yarn...

I actually have a vague memory of reading a suggestion that Penelope had a really long piece of knitting that she unravelled. Perhaps it was fanfic of Homer!

(I went to an all-girl school, governate for an all-girl school,and work with a few hundred students a year, you are the only Pen that I know or know of.)

I think there was one other at one of my primary schools... we're pretty rare. But. Five! Frequently five of twelve!
