nopseud. And we haz INTERNETZ again, because the nice men from Virgin came round yesterday and dug a trench up our drive and drilled with giant drills and wielded barrels of cable, and now we have broadband and phones and television, and all is well.
Aside from that, we have a functioning living room now and I am getting used to the vagaries of the kitchen. I have even been cooking, warily using the electric stovetop. (I'm old-fashioned, I like to see flames under my pans.) We have emptied most of the boxes in the house, perhaps a dozen remain, at least five of which are Beast's territory, but I am uneasily sure that some of our clothes have not yet made it into the bedroom. No matter, it's like Christmas anyway.
