I managed to get the rest of the second flower bed dug without being drenched, and today I have planted 202 bulbs. (OMG) There were a lot more hyacinths than I remembered ordering, but I suppose they were probably on special offer. Fingers crossed that they all grow next spring!

This is a thread of joy, with many attached cat pictures.

One worthy billionaire. (One more than I thought!) The rest of them are still on my Thanos list, though.

Cat Bordhi died. I have knitted a couple of her designs, one of them a Moebius cowl (ingenious!). There is an ebook of her final designs here. From the obits I've seen, she seems to have been rather a delightful person. Certainly an innovative knitter.

I love that MetaFilter thread! so many worthy cats - and your reporting on Princess Fluffykins The Terrible and Sable seems right on tar et, based on your previous evaluations.

I am so impressed with Chuck Feeney, I wish more would follow his example
