I have a tenuous memory of a service on DW which allows people who can afford it to offer points to something that'll buy accounts for people who can't afford them. Is that ringing a bell for anyone? It's time for me to renew my account, and I'll happily throw some points into the pot if I can find the pot. Anyone?
