I've been playing with some gorgeous brushes which came with my Photoshop Creative magazine a month or two back, experimenting with gradients and colours and blending. Fun! If you happen to fancy a bit of Art Nouveau in your LJ, please help yourself to an icon or two. Or more. Whatever. Do let me know what you've picked.

The brushes are from http://brushes.500ml.org, and are beautiful. No credits beyond the brushes themselves, as everything I did with them was on Photoshop already, but a *big* thank you to

Date: 2006-04-11 06:18 pm (UTC)#1 has a faintly Indian feel to me...I think it's the rich and bold choice of colours coupled with the circular pattern (which reminds me of gold embroidery along the edge of a saree).
