You will, I am sure, be delighted to learn that somewhere in the west of England there is a giant dalek made of straw. Which moves. Take a look at the Snugbury's site for more awesomeness. nopseud and I were extremely excited to come upon a giant dalek in a field as we headed for Wales this morning.

We had a very useful day. We inspected two lovely holiday cottages and selected one which will make for an awesome Camp next year. Polling on dates is now up on sparklyukfans, please hurry to make your wishes known. We are already thinking up grand plans, considering it will, one way or another, be a bit cheaper than last year (and with massively more bathrooms!).

We also came upon a fine, fine clothing shop with a very helpful owner, and I discovered in myself an absolute need for a black and gold suit with fishtail-ish skirt and shapely jacket. Which I now own. :-D It is gorgeous. I plan to wear it for our Camp Feast next year, and as we will put 'Day in Llandudno with Cream Tea'—we tested a couple of likely places and have figured out which will provide the better tea—on the itinerary, you happy Campers will all have the opportunity to inspect the other goods in the shop for yourselves.
