No, not a traumatic saga of alcohol abuse, but a culinary discovery that will be of interest to no-one on my flist, since nobody likes to eat liver. But I cooked lambs liver last night, with crushed peppercorns+flour pressed into the slices before they were fried swiftly in butter, and as they were just about done, added a generous splash of Drambuie to the pan (there being nothing more obvious in the cupboard). Yum!

Going to make Art today. Ahem.

Oh that sounds wonderful! I love liver, and the drambuie would have just lifted it into heavenly territory. DEFINITELY trying that later.

And you can feel so virtuous eating it too!

Mmmm, that sounds delicious. I love liver and really should eat more of it. The Drambuie sounds like a great idea...might have to give that a try.

Ooh, that sounds yummy. I almost never get to have liver, because the Other Half doesn't like it, and he can't even stand the smell of it cooking.
