Jul. 12th, 2016 09:36 pmThis house has caused us a lot of anxiety already, and will cause more, and it's going to cost us a lot of money to get it as we want it.
But...
... when I sit on the sofa in the living room and look out through the huge window into my back garden, I see a group of shrubs in shades and textures of green (and, at the moment, yellow, and white), and a sweet chestnut tree covered in furry fingers, and beyond them the glorious bones of two huge trees framing the sky, and it makes me so happy.
