Did a somewhat unsatisfying Pilates class this morning. I resent being told to 'breathe into my right arm' or to 'allow my internal organs to drop into the back space' because WTF? However, I was pleased to find that I can still do roll-ups, something that has not been a part of the Yoga classes.

Deeply unimpressed with travel insurance company, who apparently sent an email to Notmyemailaddress a month ago, and although the man I spoke to claimed to be sending an email to Myactualemailaddress as I talked to him, it has not arrived. Apparently it is important to them that they have proof I returned to this country, before they can process my claim. Stupid *******s.
