1. What are your nicknames?
I don't really have nicknames. My Beast calls me either Beast or Precious (the terms are interchangeable, I do the same with him).
2. How do you style your hair?
I aim the hairdryer at it until it is dry, and then comb it more or less wherever it ended up.
3. What's new in your life right now?
A child-free house! It is strange, but good.
4. How many colors are you wearing now?
Well... The jeans are blue. The T-shirt is blue also, but embellished with glitter in red, green, silver, gold, pink and purple. And white writing. And the hand-knitted coat-cardigan is dark blue/green/purple zigzags striped with light blue/green/pink/lilac/cream/yellow zigzags. So, too many to count.
5. Are you an introvert or extrovert?
I am a closet extrovert.
6. What was the last book you read?
I haven't finished it yet, it's What is your dangerous idea?, sadly less interesting than I expected. I would be reading the latest in the Administration series but my husband has made off with it. }:-(
7. Do you nap a lot?
No, though I yawn a lot in the afternoons.
8. If the person you secretly like is already taken, what would you do?
I am too old to answer this question.
9. Is there anything that has made you unhappy these days?
Divas! Though it would take an essay to explain why.
10. What was the last thing you ate today?
Gammon steak with mashed parsnip/potato and cabbage with pancetta. (Actually no longer true, as I answered the questions this afternoon, but it'll do.)
11. How long does it take you to get ready in the morning?
Uh. Not very long for my regular daily commute to the computer in the spare room. If we are leaving early to visit FIL, I can be showered, dressed and breakfasted within half an hour, though I'm not in a fit state to drive at that point. Fortunately, Beast is good at mornings.
12. What websites do you visit daily?
LJ, obviously, and various communities are visited regularly if not every day. Making Light. Etiquette Hell (my no-longer-secret shame).
13. what classes are you taking right now? and if you're not in school anymore, what's your job?
None.
14. Do you like to clean?
Dear me. No. Unless I have a writing deadline, in which case the kitchen gets a good going-over.
15. What's the last song that got stuck in your head?
That bloody 'Disturbia' thing Lance did the tango to - it was played in my abs class this morning and won't go away.
16. What are you doing right now?
Procrastinating.
17. What's better: eternal love or memorable love?
Uh, I dunno. I'm probably too old to care.
18. What would you do if you see $100 lying on the ground?
Take it to the police station.

Now is good. I like myself now.
