If it doesn't have any flour in, and it doesn't have any butter in, it isn't actually cake, and if it isn't actually cake then it obviously doesn't have any calories. Right?

The only question that remains is, am I going to add rosewater and raspberries to the filling or not?

I have had too little experience with rosewater to know, but raspberries, absolutely.

Bun is definitely with you on the raspberries, and so am I. I bought some on the Epic Trip to Sainsburys this afternoon. (I'm so glad I can use a personal scanner as I shop - no queue at all at the checkout!)

I don't know what Buche de Noel is, but raspberries make anything awesome.

Buche de Noel is an awesome chocolate log made from eggs, sugar, cream and chocolate, and whatever filling you want to apply. It's definitely going to have raspberries in!

Okay, is it even eatable? Because based on the way it looks like, more than two spoonfuls would be an overdose of cream and sugar. :D
