Dear me. A steak, broccoli and butter-cooked mushrooms, with peppercorn sauce as provided by Waitrose. Very tasty, but something disagreed with me quite violently. I now have a very sore throat and am feeling quite shaky. Woe. I was supposed to be going to our first cast get-together, for I'm going to play Emilia in "The Winter's Tale" in November. I was looking forward to it, too. :-(

DW seems to be disturbingly slow at the moment.

Official word says the DW slowdown is a bug causing the webservers to work overtime; they're chasing it down now.

Oh, that's so disappointing. I'm sorry. (I'm betting on the sauce since that's the only thing with A: ingrediments and B: prepared by someone else, but who knows.)

I think you're right about the sauce, since I can't really see what else it could have been. I'll have to check the ingredients and see if anything seems like a culprit. Do not want to do that again!

It really was! Still, whatever was unacceptable obviously made its exit fairly promptly. I seem to be fine again now.
