If I recall correctly, that's Wanya Morris from Boyz II Men. The interwebz say it's circa 2003, although it was never officially released.

Yes, that's Wanya Morris from Boyz II Men. And yes, I thought it was early 2000s, because I think Lance has his own nose. And he kisses a GIRL.

Is it bad that the entire time I either screamed, "Oh he's so hot," or, "Is that a GIRL?"

Lance linked it on his Twitter, so that's how I found it! He's ridiculously beautiful in it. And he sings! But I reckoned it had to be at least, gurgh, six years ago, and lissasays says it is from 2003.
