pensnestI've never watched an Olympics closing ceremony before - I assumed they'd be boring. Last night's wasn't.
For me, the highlights were:
- inexplicable giant octopus. wtf?
- Spice Girls with taxis I would love to ride in/on
- ERIC IDLE with Morris dancers and rollerskating nuns and barelegged Romans; the entire Netherlands team (and practically everyone else in the arena) singing along; and a human cannonball.
But where was Wills?
