It is the Ross Sisters. You can skip the first minute—it's a song about Solid Potato Salad (?), nicely harmonised but eh. At the one minute mark, they start to dance, and then, they do the most amazing... well. If you aren't saying WHAT??? at intervals, you're a lot more flexible than I am.
