I look at Cake Wrecks every Sunday for the fabulous Sunday Sweets, which are usually so pretty. This week's offerings were just as charming as always, but then I scrolled down to the nightmarish world of childbirth cakes. I have lived my entire life without feeling the slightest need for a cake in it that depicts a head (or a selection of limbs) emerging from a fondant vagina. Nevertheless, I share, in case any of you should wish to be grossed out today.

I haven't visited cake wrecks for a very long time. I used to click and have a laugh at the offerings. Today though....

What the hell! Why would anyone think those are a good idea? I am SO thankful no one ever did something so disgusting when I was pregnant. (those, belly cakes, baby butt cakes - they all freak me out. WHY??)

I can sorta see why people might think a belly cake is cute (they're wrong, but still), or a baby's bottom cake (still wrong!), but these are... beyond words.
